If you need to change any of this information, please contact us via the contact form and we will be happy to change it for you.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

To change your email address, please contact us from the email address which you have used for your sign-in. We need to make sure that you are indeed the account holder. If you no longer have access to your original email address, please contact us by email to info@sponsordate.com and the verification will be performed in a substitute manner.

CAN I REPORT A USER SOMEWHERE?

Yes. You can report a user via their profile by clicking on the "Report User" button at the bottom left below their photographs.

WHAT DOES BLOCKING A USER MEAN?

If you block a user, they will no longer be able to contact you through our app, nor will they be able to see your profile in the user preview.

HOW DO I BLOCK A USER?

You can block a user within your open conversation by clicking on the button "Permanently Block User".

CAN I REMOVE THE BLOCK FROM A BLOCKED USER?

Yes. After logging into your profile, please click on the "Menu" icon on the right, select the name from the "Ignore" list and delete it.

I FORGOT MY LOGIN PASSWORD. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?

Please click on the "Send Forgotten Password" link on the login page. A replacement password, or a link with instructions how to change the password, will be sent to the email address which you have used for your sign-in.

Please check your junk mail (SPAM) folder. It is possible that the email was redirected there. If our email has not arrived even in your junk mail folder within 10 minutes of submitting your request, please contact us by email to info@sponsordate.com from the email address which you have used for your sign-in.

IF I ACTIVATE MY PROFILE, WILL MY MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY BE RENEWED AND THE FEE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT?

If you wish to renew or reactivate your profile, you must always make the payment yourself.

CAN YOU DELETE A RATING FROM MY PROFILE PAGE?

We always resolve rating deletion requests individually. To request a deletion, please contact us by email to info@sponsordate.com or after logging in via the contact form on the site.

WHO CAN SEE MY PHOTOGRAPHS?

You choose the visibility of your photos yourself. In the portal, you have the option to either upload your photos protected by a password, and then only the users who you share the password with can see them; or you can only show your photos to users who have a verified photo themselves; or you can show them to all registered users. Alternatively, you can choose an invisible profile. In this case, you will not be listed in the list of users at all, and we will only show your profile and photos to users you contact yourself or send a wink to.

I HAVE SENT A PAYMENT, BUT MY PROFILE IS STILL NOT ACTIVE. WHAT SHALL I DO?

Please check if you have entered a variable symbol when entering a payment. If your profile has not been activated until the second working day after the payment, or if you have not provided a variable symbol, please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL MY PROFILE BE ACTIVE AFTER SENDING A PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT?

If you are sending a payment within the same bank, activation occurs within minutes. If you are sending a payment to a bank other than yours, activation will usually take place on the next business day. Payments are processed daily between 8 - 23h. If your payment is submitted outside this time your profile may be activated a bit later.

I REGISTERED AS A MAN / WOMAN BY MISTAKE. HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE TYPE?

WHAT DOES DEACTIVATING A PROFILE MEAN?

Deactivating your profile hides your profile and your conversations on the server. Nobody can see the profile while deactivated.

I DEACTIVATED THE PROFILE AND I WANT TO REACTIVATE IT. WHAT SHALL I DO?

Contact us by email to info@sponsordate.com from the email address which you have used for your sign-in. Requests to renew a profile made through the contact form will not be responded to because we cannot verify your identity through the contact form.

MY PROFILE EXPIRED BEFORE THE LENGTH OF THE PURCHASED PERIOD. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

The profile expires after the end of the purchased period or after the limit of contact approaches is exhausted, whichever occurs earlier. If you have exhausted the limit on the number of conducted conversations that you have purchased and are interested in contacting other users, please renew your membership.

DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS TO ACTIVATE A PROFILE?

Payment by card is not possible at this time. However, it is possible to make a payment to our PayPal account. If you are interested in a PayPal payment, please contact us and email us specifying for what time period you wish to activate your profile. We will then send a corresponding payment request to your email address.

Is using the portal free?

Registration is free for everyone. If you are looking for a sponsor, unlimited use of the portal is also free for you. If you want to be a sponsor and you are interested in contacting the girls who are looking for a sponsor, the use of the portal is charged for you. By paying the fee, you show a real interest in becoming a sponsor.
